Estimating
It is vital when measuring the area that all carpet widths and pattern repeats are taken into account whilst at this point in the ordering process.  If required we can arrange for an estimator to attend site, please note that this service may be chargeable.

Design
As part of our commitment to service we have developed a team of very successful and creative designers who have been highly trained to respond promptly and efficiently to enquiries.

We pride ourselves on our ability to provide a quick turnaround from the initial enquiry to the creation of a Computer Automated Design or C.A.D. and the production of a hand trial. 

This enables you to see and touch the carpet we will be manufacturing for you.

Consultancy
We have a team of consultants that are available to advise you on all aspects from quality and design to texture and the overall construction. Specifying the correct carpet and quality for the installation always proves to be a very cost effective exercise; the most important point is that it often prevents disruptions further down the line.

Production
Our production facility operates 24 hours a day seven days a week to accommodate the demands of both the retail and commercial delivery constraints. It is very rare that an order will take more than four weeks to produce; however, large metreages obviously can take longer due to the sheer scale of the project. We can however, offer part deliveries in order to minimise the potential disruptions. 

With a combination of spool, electronic jacquards, tufting machines and narrow looms, Carpets of Kidderminster can cater for all requirements due to their diverse range of widths available, (0.69m, 0.91m, 1.37m, 2.00m, 2.50m, 2.74m, 3.66m, 4.00m and 4.11m).

Delivery
We have a worldwide delivery service available; however, for all our UK projects and orders we use our very own fleet of vehicles and drivers ensuring all carpets are delivered in a very friendly and efficient manner; please feel free to ask them for any assistance if required.

Fitting
If required we can offer a professional fitting service.

Each member of our team has many years of experience and can advise you accordingly as and where necessary.

After Sales Service
Once we have delivered your carpet our team of consultants and internal staff are always available should you require any further assistance.

Quality Control
There are many quality control stations within our production facility ensuring that all our carpets meet our very stringent standards together with our compliance to ISO9001:2008. Should the unlikely event occur that there is a manufacturing fault with your carpet we promise to rectify or replace your carpet to your satisfaction.
